What are your opening hours?

We are open seven days a week. Please call us at 7887847000 to confirm same-day hours, which may vary on public holidays.

What is the session fee?

Session registration starts at Rs. 350 per child for an hour in the soft play zone. The electronic gaming zone is priced separately on a per-token or credit basis. Please call or WhatsApp for the current price list, as it may be updated seasonally.

Are socks mandatory?

Yes. All children entering the soft play zone must wear socks — ideally grip socks. If you’ve come without them, we sell socks at reception. This rule protects both the child and the equipment, so we apply it consistently.

Can adults enter the play zone?

Parents and guardians of children under three are welcome in the play zone to accompany and supervise their little ones directly. For older children the zone is child-only, but visibility from the café seating is clear and continuous.

How far in advance should I book a birthday party?

For weekend parties between October and March, we recommend three to four weeks’ notice. Summer weekend slots and festive period dates also book early. Weekday parties can often be arranged on shorter notice — call us to check.

Can I bring outside food?

Outside food is not permitted inside the play zone to maintain hygiene. The café has a menu suitable for children and adults. For birthday parties, outside cake arrangements can be discussed at booking — please ask us directly.

Is the play area suitable for children with disabilities?

We welcome all children and families. Please call us ahead of your visit and describe your child’s specific requirements — our staff will advise on which areas are accessible and how they can assist to make the experience positive.

Is there parking?

Yes. There is parking available in the Everise complex and along WHC Road. We recommend arriving slightly earlier than your booked slot on busy weekend mornings.

What age group is the play area best suited for?

The soft play zone is designed for children aged one to ten years. The electronic gaming zone appeals from approximately six years upward. Birthday parties accommodate mixed age groups and we’re happy to advise on which zones work best for your specific guest list.
