Garden, terrace or open driveway — if there's enough space for children to move freely, we'll make it work. We configure the setup to suit the area and make sure nothing is placed where it could interfere with your indoor space or catering arrangements.
Clubs and resorts
Nagpur's clubs and resorts have some of the most beautiful event lawns in the city. We coordinate directly with venue management on arrival times and ground permissions so the process is seamless for you.
Banquet halls

Open-air events have a particular energy that children love. We've set up in Nagpur's residential parks and private grounds for everything from community birthday parties to colony festivals. Shade and surface area permitting, we're happy to come.

What comes with every Topsy Turvy Outdoors booking
The café seating faces directly into the play zone. This is intentional. The moment a parent sits down, they don’t have to make a choice between relaxing and keeping an eye on their child — they do both simultaneously. The glass between the café and the play area is clear and at seated eye level.
Seating is comfortable enough for an extended stay. We have table space for open laptops for the occasional parent who has a deadline to meet (yes, we’ve seen it, and we support no judgment). The wifi works.
The play area setup
A movable, fully assembled play zone scaled to your guest count and available space. Equipment includes climbing structures, slides, crawl tunnels, activity stations and soft play elements — selected and configured based on the age group attending your event. We don't bring a one-size-fits-all stack of inflatables. We bring a thought-through play environment.
Trained play staff
Our staff members travel with the equipment on every booking. They manage the play zone from the moment it's assembled to the moment it's packed — supervising children, keeping the energy positive, managing turn-taking and handling any minor situations without escalating them to parents. You hired them to take care of the children. That's exactly what they do.
Setup and pack-down
We arrive before your guests to assemble everything and we leave after the last piece of equipment is packed. Your venue is left in exactly the condition we found it. No loose pieces, no footprint, no mess for you to deal with at the end of a long afternoon.
Full safety compliance on site
The safety standards we maintain at our Shankar Nagar centre don't stay at the centre. Every piece of equipment is checked before it's loaded, padded surfaces are inspected on arrival and our staff carry a first aid kit at every outdoor event. The same care you'd expect inside Topsy Turvy travels with every outdoor booking.
Built for ages 2 to 13
Mixed-age birthday parties are the norm in Nagpur, not the exception. A typical guest list might span a two-year-old cousin to a thirteen-year-old elder sibling and everyone in between. Topsy Turvy Outdoors is designed to serve that full range.
- Ages 2–4: Soft play elements, sensory stations, low-level crawl structures and foam play pieces. Always positioned within direct sightline of parents.
- Ages 4–7: The core soft play zone — climbers, slides, tunnels and ball elements that produce the best kind of exhaustion.
- Ages 7–10: Activity stations with a bit more challenge — coordination games, structured obstacle elements and group play formats.
- Ages 10–13: Competitive games, team challenges and activity stations designed for older children who’ve outgrown conventional soft play but still want to be engaged.

How it works — four steps from enquiry to play
- Call or WhatsApp us with your event details. Share your date, venue address, approximate number of children and age range. We’ll confirm availability and walk you through the package options in one conversation. No lengthy forms, no waiting three days for a reply.
- We plan the setup for your space. Based on your venue and guest list, we configure the right equipment combination, confirm the number of staff required and agree on a setup time that gives us enough runway before your first guests arrive.
- We arrive, assemble and manage. Our team turns up at the agreed time, builds the play zone completely and stays on throughout your event. You focus on your guests. We focus on the children.
- We pack down and leave cleanly. When the event wraps up, we dismantle, pack and clear the space. Your venue is returned exactly as we found it — minus the noise, plus the memories.
